Who are We?
We are a lively, friendly and relaxed bunch of people, from all over the world and from all different walks of life. We love God and desire to serve Him personally and together in our area.
Rev Bryan Pickard
Pastor Bryan has joined us at Merstham Baptist Church after spending 6 years with Lighthouse Community Church in the Norfolk town of Sheringham. Having been part of a successful building project Bryan has come to us with a vision given by the Lord over 20 years ago of being A worshiping church, a non-religious church, a giving church, a praying people, an open people, a loving people and a going people. “I am looking forward to some exciting things the Lord has in store for MBC”
Our Deacons assist the pastor in serving the church and help oversee its vision and objectives. Here at MBC they are recognised and set aside by the congregation to serve the lord.

What We Believe
Our fundamental guiding principle is putting Jesus at the centre of all we do, and following His commands to love God and each other. However, we have compiled a more comprehensive description of our beliefs, which are defined in our Governing Document.
